BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc., then known as BOGIER Consulting, Inc., was founded as a home-based business in 1996 by Retha Bogier. Her focus was on Statistical Programming in the clinical trials industry. As BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc. started to grow and add new services to its offerings, the company moved into its first office space in early 1997.
In 2000 BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc. added the Temporary Services Division and was then able to offer its clients staffing in Clinical/Data Management, IT Development, Admin/Clerical, and Professional Services. In order to provide a complete staffing service to its clients, BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc. began payroll services in September 2002.
In 2003, BOGIER Clinical and IT Solutions, Inc. decided to refocus on what we do BEST! — providing skilled, high quality SAS professionals to the clinical trials industry. By focusing on the clinical trials industry and our clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Clinical Research arenas, BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions has been able to offer a range of creative business models to better serve its clients and meet their needs.
In 2009, BOGIER Consulting, Inc. changed its name to BOGIER Clinical & IT Solutions, Inc. to reinforce our commitment to providing niche programming services to the clinical trials industry. (See Press Release)
